公告事項：Announcement:

為免學生於期中退選造成修習中學分異動影響畢業學分，畢業資格審核作業預定於第14週選課確定後開放各系所審核，敬請應屆畢業生配合下列事項：

The graduation eligibility review is scheduled to open to each department after course selections are finalized in Week 14. Graduating students are requested to cooperate with the following matters:

一、畢業學分檢核位址：【學校首頁→使用者入口列→在校學生→校務行政e化資訊平台（校務eCare）→畢業學分/論文/離校→畢業結果查詢】      (網址： https://ecare.nfu.edu.tw/)。

二、畢業學分檢核系統開放時間：114年12月9日(二)至12月11日(四)。

2. Graduation Credit Check System Availability:December 9, 2025 (Tuesday) to December 11, 2025 (Thursday).

(一) 請務必逐筆檢視修課資料（含修課課程、實得學分、修習中學分及畢業學分數）是否正確，正確無誤者請於系統「確認修課資料」欄位點選「按此確認」，以利後續畢業資格審核。

 (1) Please carefully review all course-taking information—including enrolled courses, credits earned, credits currently being taken, and total graduation credits. If all information is correct, be sure to click “Confirm” in the system to facilitate the subsequent graduation qualification review.

(二)        若發現錯誤或有疑問，請立即向貴系系辦或教務處教學業務組反映。

(2)If you have any questions, please report them immediately to your department office or to the Academic Administration Section.

三、     畢業學分採計依各學年度入學適用課程標準必（選）修科目：

3.Graduation credits are evaluated based on the required (and elective) courses specified in the curriculum standards applicable to the student’s year of admission:

(一) 必修科目學分應全部修滿（體育、社會責任實踐教育等0學分科目成績需及格），選修科目學分應達最低應修選修學分數（不含各學期選修全民國防教育軍事訓練1學分）。

(1)All required course credits must be fully completed (courses with 0 credit such as Physical Education and Social Responsibility Practice must be passed). Elective credits must meet the minimum number of elective credits required for graduation (excluding the 1-credit “All-Out Defense Education Military Training” elective offered each semester).

(二)必（選）修科目學分數計算時，應將本學期修習中之科目學分一併計入；如有科目重複修習者（科目名稱相同即視為重複修課），畢業學分數僅採計1次。

(2)When calculating required and elective credits, the credits of courses currently being taken this semester must also be included. If a course has been taken more than once (courses with the same course name are considered repeated), only one instance will be counted toward graduation credits.

(三) 各系規定除畢業學分外之應完成事項，例如資訊能力檢定、英文能力、學程或專業證照等畢業門檻者，請依貴系規定辦理。

(3)For graduation requirements other than credit requirements—such as information literacy certification, English proficiency, academic programs, or professional licenses—please follow the regulations of your department.

四、選讀科目學分中，例如選修外系科目學分或通識課程學分超修部分，是否採認為畢業學分及採認學分數多寡等，請依貴系併本校相關學分採認條件辦理。

4.For elective credits—such as credits from courses taken in other departments, or excess general education credits—whether they can be counted toward graduation and how many may be recognized must follow your department’s regulations and the university’s credit recognition policies.

五、若學生選讀科目學分已修及格但尚未納入實得學分、或因尚未完成抵免程序致畢業學分不足，請依規定辦理「抵免」，以免影響個人權益。

5.If you have completed and passed elective course credits but they have not yet been included in your earned credits, or if graduation credits appear insufficient due to incomplete credit waiver or transfer procedures, please complete the required credit waiver/transfer procedures promptly.

六、 若學生因學分不足無法順利如期領取畢業證書，可參加暑修或申請校際選課等方式補齊，最遲須於次學期開學前取得學分，逾時視為延畢。

6.If a student is unable to obtain the graduation certificate on time due to insufficient credits, they may make up the credits through summer courses or by applying for inter-university course enrollment. Credits must be completed before the start of the next semester; otherwise, the student will be considered as extending graduation.

七、畢業學分若有任何問題，請逕向各相關單位洽詢：
