Qualifications: |
Students of the University’s Extension and Continuing Education Division, preferably first- or second-year students of the four-year technical program. |

1. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel). 2. Basic ability to maintain computers and web pages (graphic design, web design) is preferred. 3. Detail-oriented, responsible, highly cooperative, enthusiastic, and able to work flexible hours. |

Job Responsibilities: |
1. Clean and maintain the Student Affairs Office environment. 2. Assist with student affairs activities, set up computer equipment for meetings, provide refreshments, and restore venues. 3. Handle incoming and outgoing paper documents, including mail collection and delivery. 4. Provide student affairs information services. 5. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors and staff. |

Compensation |
1. Salary: NT$190/hour, including labor and health insurance, and retirement contributions (according to Labor Standards Act). 2. Working hours: 9:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00, break from 12:00–14:00 (office). 3. Initially employed as a part-time student worker (maximum 48 hours/month) for a three-month trial period; outstanding candidates may be promoted to long-term student worker (flexible hours, maximum 130 hours/month, work hours allocated according to monthly needs). 4. Long-term student worker appointment period: 2026 (Jan–Jun; Jul–Dec). |
