Department: Department of Aircraft Engineering Office
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist with meeting materials preparation, document handling, phone reception, and maintaining office cleanliness.
2. Handle tasks assigned by staff as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Students of the University’s Extension and Continuing Education Division (lower-year students preferred).
2. Proficient in Office software and general computer applications.
3. Proactive, responsible, cooperative, and possess basic communication skills.
Compensation: Hourly wage according to minimum wage regulations.
Working Hours:
1. 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
2. Standard daily working hours: 6 hours; working hours may be adjusted if necessary, up to a maximum of 130 hours per month.
3. Start date: To be discussed; three-month probation period.
