Position Title: Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campus safety education campaigns and multi-hazard drills.
- Develop and revise procedures for handling campus safety incidents.
- Manage equipment for the Campus Safety Center and officers (including head of Student Safety Counseling Division).
- Prepare the Campus Safety Center duty schedule.
- Handle major campus safety reports and emergency meetings.
- Coordinate with external police and security units on campus safety matters.
- Organize annual review meetings on campus safety maintenance effectiveness.
- Perform shifts at the Campus Safety Center.
- Provide student life counseling.
- Carry out ad-hoc assigned tasks.
- Job rotation within the Office of Student Affairs will be periodically adjusted.
Working Hours: Normal office hours plus shift duties: Day shift 08:00–20:00, Night shift 20:00–08:00 (next day)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Possession of Ministry of Education campus safety personnel training certificate preferred (if not available, can obtain during in-service training).
- Good communication skills.
- Service-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- High professionalism, responsible, altruistic, with good character and no negative records or habits.
- Previous student counseling experience preferred.
- Individuals with disabilities or Indigenous people are encouraged to apply.
- Not eligible if spouse or close relatives (within three degrees) of the university president or supervisors.

Remarks
- This is a non-regular university staff position, with salary NT$34,583 for bachelor’s degree, managed according to university staff regulations.
