Position Title

Project Assistant

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in executing Goal 3 "Industry-Academia Collaboration Linkage" of the Higher Education Sprout Project, including project planning and execution, performance data compilation and analysis, proposal and report writing.

2. Manage short-term, mid-term, and long-term technical guidance applications, promote industry-academia collaboration indicators, and compile and analyze results.

3. Prepare and publish external communications on the industry-academia matchmaking platform to facilitate collaboration, technology transfer, and business discussions between companies and university faculty.

4. Plan and organize results exhibitions, investment briefings, training courses, and related promotional and exchange activities to enhance industry-academia interaction.

5. Assist with application, data compilation, and management of technical certification records.

6. Execute industrial park guidance projects, including project application and planning, company visit records, technical guidance, industry-academia matchmaking, and data management, and compile and write project completion reports.

7. Assist with SME guidance projects including proposal writing, progress tracking, results compilation, and completion report writing to ensure full presentation of project outcomes.

8. Support meetings, events, and results exhibitions related to the Higher Education Sprout Project.

9. Perform other temporary tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree.

2. Preferably in science, engineering, or management-related fields.

3. Experience in university administration or project execution is a plus.

4. Proactive, responsible, with event planning ability; able to work independently and possess communication and coordination skills.

5. Proficient in office software and presentation tools; familiarity with statistical analysis software is a plus.

6. Possession of a car/motorcycle license and vehicle; strong coordination, communication, service attitude, and high cooperation are preferred.

7. Applicants must not be the spouse or within three degrees of kinship of the university president or hiring unit supervisors.

8. Preference given to applicants with disabilities or indigenous status.

Remarks:

1. This position is a project-based appointment (salary follows the NFU Research Project Full-time Staff Pay Scale for Junior Research Engineer, starting at NT$43,721, with labor insurance, health insurance, and pension). Personnel management follows the university’s contracted staff regulations.

2. Contract period: From reporting date until the end of the second phase of the Higher Education Sprout Project (December 31, 2027).
