Job Responsibilities
- Front desk registration and comprehensive document processing.
- Arranging high school admission seminars and related matters.
- Coordinating high school recruitment promotion and official vehicle arrangements.
- Scheduling university faculty to conduct recruitment presentations at high schools.
- Conducting high school visit-related tasks.
- Procurement and reimbursement processing for the office.
- Budget control within the office.
- Management of student worker funds.
- Maintaining supervisor’s calendar.
- Personal data protection tasks.
- Internal control duties.
- Mid- and long-term university development plan tasks.
- Organizing office meetings and recording minutes.
- Flexible salary-related tasks.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:10–17:20
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Work experience in government agencies or schools preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good coordination and communication skills, service-oriented, proactive, highly cooperative.
- Not eligible if spouse or close relatives (within three degrees) of the university president or supervisors.
- Responsible and able to work independently; experience in planning and executing events preferred.

Remarks
- This is a non-regular university staff position, with salary NT$34,583 for bachelor’s degree, managed according to university staff regulations.
- Submission deadline: before November 24, 114 (Monday), by postmark. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for interviews. Return of documents requires a self-addressed stamped envelope; otherwise, materials will be kept for three months and then destroyed.
