Job Responsibilities |
1. Handle administrative tasks and project execution related to the College of Aviation preparation. 2. Collect, organize, compile, and draft materials for the College of Aviation establishment proposals and plans. 3. Plan, convene, coordinate, take minutes, and track progress for meetings related to the College of Aviation preparation. 4. Manage administrative communications, document handling, official correspondence, and related processes with internal and external units. 5. Collect and analyze aviation industry-related data and prepare research reports and presentations. 6. Track progress, manage data, and execute planning for the College of Aviation application process and subsequent establishment operations. 7. Oversee progress control, data management, and related planning for the College of Aviation establishment application and follow-up operations. 8. Manage and maintain laboratories related to the "Drone Industry Talent and Technology Training Base Project." 9. Assist in various project activities and provide administrative support. 10. Assist with the UAV AI interdisciplinary program in course enrollment, registration, and related academic administrative tasks. 11. Track employment outcomes and compile data for program graduates. 12. Support the implementation of tasks under the Higher Education Sprout Project, including proposal writing, data collection, compilation, and report drafting. 13. Assist with meetings, events, and exhibitions related to the Higher Education Sprout Project. 14. Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors. |

Qualifications |
1. Bachelor's degree. 2. Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic web maintenance skills. 3. Proactive, responsible, able to work independently, with good coordination, communication skills, and enthusiasm for service; highly cooperative candidates preferred. 4. Applicants must not be the spouse or within three degrees of kinship of the university president or hiring unit supervisors. 5. Preference given to individuals with disabilities or indigenous peoples. |

Remarks |

This position is project-based (salary follows the NFU Research Project Personnel Compensation Table for Research Assistants, first-year salary: NT$36,300, with labor insurance, health insurance, and labor pension benefits; personnel management follows university regulations). 2. Contract period is from the reporting date until the end of the second phase of the Higher Education Sprout Project (December 31, 2027). 3.
