National Formosa University, Aviation Maintenance Training Center – Project Assistant Recruitment Announcement

Department: Department of Aeronautical Engineering (Aviation Maintenance Training Center)

Number of Positions: 1 regular, 1–2 backup (if no suitable candidates, backup may be omitted)

Position Title: Project Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage Aviation Maintenance Training Center and Civil Aeronautics Administration license examination-related tasks.
  2. Handle IT, personal data, and cybersecurity tasks for the Training Center.
  3. Manage procurement and budget-related tasks for the Training Center.
  4. Assist in training administration and inventory management.
  5. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Responsible, able to work independently, with good communication and coordination skills.
  3. English proficiency or IT expertise preferred.
  4. Not eligible if spouse or close relatives (within three degrees) of the university president or supervisors.

Remarks

  1. This is a non-regular project staff position. Salary is NT$36,300 (first year) following the university research project staff compensation table (administrative staff). Personnel management follows the university staff regulations.
  2. Submission deadline: by December 2, 114 (postal stamp as proof). Include a self-addressed stamped envelope for return of documents; otherwise, documents will be retained for three months and then destroyed. Interview notices will only be sent to shortlisted candidates.
