Lin emphasized that future quality management should not only control errors but also predict risks, design resilience, and enable real-time system adaptability.
In the afternoon, the 2025 International Symposium on Quality Management and three thematic forums were held, covering quality certification, AI applications in quality, and business practices, promoting the alignment of Taiwan’s quality expertise with international standards and paving the way for AI × Sustainable future quality governance.
In his closing remarks, Chairman Cheng Chun-Sheng stated that quality management is no longer just about “correcting errors” but is becoming a core driver of corporate transformation and social improvement. He emphasized that AI and ESG are not opposites of quality but extensions and enhancements of it, and quality professionals should embrace the mission of making the world better.
